This policy explains what personal data Plainview Analytics collects, why, and what your rights are. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

I do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, and I do not sell it.
When building a dashboard I receive read-only access to business data such as sales, advertising, costs and customer statistics. Where this contains personal data (for example customer names or emails inside an order export), I act as a processor on the client's instructions and the client remains the controller. That data is used only to build and maintain the client's dashboard, is not shared with anyone, and access is removed or copies deleted within 14 days of a written request or of the end of the engagement. A data-processing agreement is available on request.

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site's own domain, so no request is made to third-party font servers. If this changes, this policy and a cookie notice will be updated first.
You can ask to access the personal data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]; I will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to your local supervisory authority.
Access to systems that hold your data is protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available. Client access is always requested at the lowest level needed (read-only or analyst) and is revoked when the work ends.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top will be updated and, if you are a client, you will be told by email.
