These terms cover your use of plainviewanalytics.com. They are deliberately short: the site is informational, and any actual work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
The site is operated by Adrien Chantreuil, trading as Plainview Analytics, a self-employed professional registered in Spain. Full details are in the legal notice.
Everything on this site describes the services in general terms. Prices, timelines and scope shown here are indicative and exclude VAT where applicable. They do not form an offer capable of acceptance; a project starts only when both parties sign a written service agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.
Dashboards, charts, figures and brand names shown as sample builds are illustrative and use demo data. They are not results achieved for any real client unless expressly stated with that client's written permission. Past or illustrative results are not a promise of what a dashboard will show for your business.
A dashboard reports the data it is connected to. Business decisions taken on the basis of any information on this site, or of any dashboard built by Plainview Analytics, remain your own responsibility. Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal or accounting advice.
You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy its content for commercial use, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Booking a call or emailing through the site is for genuine enquiries about the services.
Booking is handled by Calendly and payments by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; I am not responsible for their content or practices.
The site's text, design, logo and code belong to Adrien Chantreuil. Dashboards built for clients belong to the client on full payment, as set out in the service agreement; templates, methods and general know-how remain mine and may be reused on other projects.
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its contents, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
